Or at least to impress Chris!!
After failing a weigh in for the Coast Guard I need to get myself healthy once and for all. Last time I blogged daily I did well. Hopefully this accounting will keep me moving. This is my way of tracking my progress and holding myself accountable to keep me losing weight and not give in to temptations. I want to lose the extra lbs gained over the years. Lets watch and see how I do.

Day 9 (Tuesday)
Did back and biceps today. Did more today on most of them than last week. Which is good :). I did a 5 min warm up on the stationary bike then after did 20 mins walking and went 1 mile. I am going to try to do this more and just my body moving. Running will come. If felt good to get the workout done though and even better to make progress. Eating was good. Made good choices. Grilled chicken instead of breaded and no fries at dinner :). The pumpkin protein bars are yummy. I highly recommend them.
