After failing a weigh in for the Coast Guard I need to get myself healthy once and for all. Last time I blogged daily I did well. Hopefully this accounting will keep me moving. This is my way of tracking my progress and holding myself accountable to keep me losing weight and not give in to temptations. I want to lose the extra lbs gained over the years. Lets watch and see how I do.

Day 23 (Tuesday)
It was a legs day. I got it done! I have to say it was a rough day emotionally. My weight isn't going down and that can be disheartening at times. But I just have to keep at it and it will come off. Slowly but surely. I was planning to do pictures and measurements on Sunday but since Chris is having surgery Friday so its better to do it tonight. Lost an inch around my hips and waist. Gained an inch in the chest :( and .5 in in my bicep :). Overall good stats. Just need to keep plugging along.
