After failing a weigh in for the Coast Guard I need to get myself healthy once and for all. Last time I blogged daily I did well. Hopefully this accounting will keep me moving. This is my way of tracking my progress and holding myself accountable to keep me losing weight and not give in to temptations. I want to lose the extra lbs gained over the years. Lets watch and see how I do.

Day 16 (Tuesday)
Today was a legs day! I did such a good job at working them that walking out of the gym was tough LOL. Going upstairs was brutal. Had a great lunch, chicken caesar salad. Had a fabulous dinner stuffed pork chops from the Paleoparents.com website. Link included for your tasting. With the exception of the fact that I am getting yet another cold :( I feel great. Hopefully with a good night sleep tonight I can start to get better.
