Yeah that's a word... And one I like.  So because I have had a wonky work schedule this week I have had to work out at home more.  I am moving the days around so I don't have to keep missing workouts.  Missing to many workouts just puts me behind.  So instead of back and biceps or legs I am going to do shoulders and abs and do the other two Thursday and Friday.  I will probably have to take the time to hit the Navy base but no worries there.  A little me time at the gym will probably do me some good.  That or do one of the days on Saturday.  Next week will get even more crazy LOL.  But it will all be worth it in 12 weeks when I look amazing.

Fresh start to go with my new job

So Friday I am changing jobs or in the military we call it getting transferred/new orders.  I am being transferred to a ship.  Still here in Seattle but it will for sure change my schedule.  And lets be honest I have been in a serious self destructive mode lately.  So to go along with my new job I am getting a new attitude.  It's going to be great and I am finally going to finish losing this weight.  I have been stuck at 165 for too long.  So I am going to do the live fit trainer since I am no longer training for my 1/2 marathon.  New job = lots of changes to plans for this fall.  So since I don't need to do cardio its a good time to get back on the live fit band wagon and eat better.  We are committed to paying off debt so in case the hubby losses his job we can still eat so that means no eating out.  We are doing good so far.  It's hard because eating out was so common for us but it will help our weight and our pocket book LOL.  So today I did Day 1 of the live fit and it felt great to just workout.  My stress was quickly released.  Tomorrow I hit the grocery store and get the food to eat clean from here on out.  Gotta get some fruits, veggies and chicken.  So goodbye to excuses and hello to a fit, healthy me.
