I worked out tonight and it felt great. I do good the first part of the week but by Thursday/Friday I get kinda slugish. Got to figure out how to get past that one but eh it will come with time. I have goals and I intend to reach them. I think my eating habits are part of the problem. I am keeping a food journal so that should help, unlike the Burger King I had tonight LOL. Well it was my only meal for today so eh. Anyway if I just keep trucking along I will get there one way or another.

Moe is going to partner with me. We are going to check in on each other each day to make sure we worked out and didn't get to crazy with the eating. We are going to weigh ourselves each Monday to keep us on track. I am at about 161 this morning :(. But I am going to get down one way or another this working out thing has to pay off eventually :).

So not doing as well as I would like. But the weight is slowly coming down. I was up to 165 September 23 and am now at 160. Five pounds in a month is not super fast but maintainable. I have fluctuations from water and such. No I still don't make weight but hey oh well, starving isn't working either. I gotta jet to work.

Ok so Tuesday I go to the doctor to hopefully get my meds changed again. Maybe that will help with the weightloss. I really don't like being this heavy. I am going to start walk away the pounds tomorrow morning. I am going to do the thirty min workout. I am going to do 1500 calories and I am going to lose 36 pounds in the next 6 months. That is my goal. Lets see... 1October is the start and 1April is when I should reach my goal if I stick to it. I will be 130 pounds and hopefully a size 8 or even 6 wohoo. Here goes a healthy lifestyle and a new healthy life for our family. It is about being healthy, not about being hot although that will be a bonus :).

My weight is once again out of control. Today I was at 164. I don't make weight for the Coast Guard and might get put on the fat girl program if I don't get my act together. So I got up and worked out this morning at 6 and I will do this every morning until I weigh in. This is so crazy. I was doing so good until I started back on birth control. Damn the medicine. Although my eating habits probably don't help much. I just feel hungry all the time. Well I will be on a strict menu until the weight is gone. This is ridiculous.
