After failing a weigh in for the Coast Guard I need to get myself healthy once and for all. Last time I blogged daily I did well. Hopefully this accounting will keep me moving. This is my way of tracking my progress and holding myself accountable to keep me losing weight and not give in to temptations. I want to lose the extra lbs gained over the years. Lets watch and see how I do.

Day 29 (Monday)
So things are different in phase 2. We add cardio back in for one. And for two we don't have the double days like we used to. Monday I did back and cardio. Since I tweeked my back over the weekend I tried not to push to much but enough so I got a good workout. Needless to say my back was killing by the time I got home Monday night, hence why this is being typed on Tuesday. It was rough starting the cardio but I find if I have the right music it just flies by. And its nice to be adding it back in. I just feel like it helps. I am praying it helps! Overall I felt great afterwards.
