Wednesday hump day

Wednesday seems like a rough day for working out sometimes.  Its mid week, I'm tired since the baby doesn't sleep through the night and sometimes I just don't want to work out.  But I got on the bike for 40 mins on my trainer.  I ate a yummy salad for dinner with strawberries and almond slices and chicken.  All in all a good day.

Moving forward

Because you know starting over just isn't the thing to do.  Starting over isn't what I am doing.  But moving forward and realizing that I just having found what works.  Trying something new to find what works is the thing to do.  So we are moving on, moving up and losing weight.  Yep I will get derailed, lots of people do.  But the key is to keep trying.

Lunch ~ package peanut m&m, cracker combo turkey and chicken (and lets be honest it wasn't good and wasn't finished), Cherry Coke Zero.
Snack ~ Sun Chips
Dinner ~ Green beans, egg noodles and no chicken since I ruined it :(.

Rode my bike for 40 mins and it was great.  Tomorrow the goal is to ride and do a video.

Ride and a swim and down 3 pounds

I rode my bike yesterday on the trainer for 30mins.  The big thing was testing my ankle to see if riding was going to make it worse.  Good news I can ride.  I then did push ups and sit ups.  Today I swam 1000 yards in 30mins :) and did push ups and sit ups.  Got to look good for the wedding.  I was 163 today so down almost 3 pounds since I went back to a mostly paleo lifestyle and stopped eating out.  Amazing what a difference it can make.  I hope to do more as the weeks go by and I workout more and eat better.  We are also trying to not make a trip to the grocery store until hubby gets paid on Monday so we are learning to eat what we have.  We have plenty of food we just need to be better about eating it and not letting it go to waste.  So tomorrow is steak, Friday is fish, Saturday will be elk or chicken and Sunday will be whatever we didn't eat on Saturday.  We had yummy peppercorn chicken and a salad.  Peppercorn chicken not my favorite but loved the salad and have enough left to have salad tomorrow.  I am glad to be seeing results and only be 6 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight.

New pictures and a goal

So here I am in all my fatness LOL.  Trying on bridesmaid dresses was for sure depressing.  But I am going to do my fitting in 4 weeks so I need to do better than 4 pounds lost in 5 weeks.  I am eating 75% paleo, not eating out and really pushing my workouts.  I want to lose 30 more pounds in the next 3 months.  That would be wonderful.  So there it is. My next goal.  If I can get through this week I will have broken the eating out habit I think and be well on my way.
