Day 24 (Wednesday)
So this week I am a day behind in my workouts and it kind of gets confusing LOL. But I did back and biceps today, what I could since I am home with snow. I got on my bike for 30 mins and it felt great. I need to ensure I am doing that more. I slacked off over the holidays. Gotta get back to it. Posted progress pictures yesterday. I don't see a huge change but I am hopeful that putting cardio back in at least 4 days a week along with weights 6 days a week is going to make a huge difference and in phase 2 I am going to drop some weight. Well that is the hope anyway :).
