After failing a weigh in for the Coast Guard I need to get myself healthy once and for all. Last time I blogged daily I did well. Hopefully this accounting will keep me moving. This is my way of tracking my progress and holding myself accountable to keep me losing weight and not give in to temptations. I want to lose the extra lbs gained over the years. Lets watch and see how I do.

Weight check
So this morning I got on the scale to update my progress and was pleasantly surprised to see 164.6 flash on the scale. Even after breakfast. I was glad because my nutrition has been terrible. I was planning to do weights and ride my bike however I am feeling very under the weather, very flu like and am taking another night off this week. I hate doing it but know my limits. I did forget to do my measurements but will work on getting those tomorrow morning. I got new socks for wearing with my vibrams, new capris in a medium size and compression sleeves! I am excited about my new nice gear. The pants are a bit tight but they are a goal and I am proud to be working to them.
