After failing a weigh in for the Coast Guard I need to get myself healthy once and for all. Last time I blogged daily I did well. Hopefully this accounting will keep me moving. This is my way of tracking my progress and holding myself accountable to keep me losing weight and not give in to temptations. I want to lose the extra lbs gained over the years. Lets watch and see how I do.
So I did day 2 of the live fit with the hubby. But I did not run today. I went and got a makeover instead :). But my shins are thanking me. Since my baby smacked them and it hurt I know they need a bit more rest. I am going to try to run tomorrow and get on my bike. Do a little brick triathlon training action going on. I did do my weights and a progress picture. I will do measurements in the morning. Honestly I think I look worse :( but hubby doesn't agree LOL. Either way there is my one month progress.
