Week 2

So this was the start of week 2 of my Train Like a Mother 5k training plan.  I was to walk 2 min and run 4 mins :) and do this 5 times.  I did this and ran 2.57 miles today.  Last Monday it was 2.25 so this was very exciting for me.  I did one segment as a 2 min run but other than that I made it through each segment and am sure that Wednesday will be great.  I am on my way to running longer distances and I can't wait to cross the finish line at the Nike Women's in October.  I am feeling really good about how my training is going both on my bike and running.  Eating was terrible today in that I forgot my lunch and had to make due.  I did not eat much just an Oat and Honey granola bar.
