Well since I am almost back where I started in April I am going to start over. I will "zero" everything out and just keep plugging along. My stats are: waist 40.50 (actually down .5), Hips 43 (up), Thighs 25 (up), and weight is 166 as of 8:50pm. I will weight again in the morning to check. Then its go mama go. From the pictures I am bigger than I was on my last picture but not as bad as my first set of pictures. But I knew after my workout tonight that I had lost some muscle.After failing a weigh in for the Coast Guard I need to get myself healthy once and for all. Last time I blogged daily I did well. Hopefully this accounting will keep me moving. This is my way of tracking my progress and holding myself accountable to keep me losing weight and not give in to temptations. I want to lose the extra lbs gained over the years. Lets watch and see how I do.

New Before Pictures
