Breakfast ~ English Muffin with butter, water to drink
Lunch ~ Special K cereal with banana, water to drink
Dinner ~ Blueberry Bagel with Cream Cheese, water to drink
Snack ~ Heath Bar and Snapple Green Tea
Total was probably about 1000 calories. I could feel that I didn't have enough fuel for my workout. I need to eat better and not so small of meals.
Workout was great. I didn't want to do it. I am feeling really sluggish as AF shows her face but I am pushing through and hopefully going to break through this plateau.
