Breakfast 8 oz shake
Snack carrot sticks and string cheese (doing good)
Lunch PBJ and sun chips (not great)
Dinner Olive Garden (need I say more?)
Probably about 2500 calories today :(.
In my defense it is our 10 year anniversary and I deserve to celebrate that :). I am going to work out about 9pm again tonight. I will update my ticker after I do. I have had no soda in two days wohoo!
Did my workout. I really enjoy the 30 Day Shred.
