Brunch Half of a three egg omlete with bacon, cheese and mushrooms.
Dinner was half of a hot dog, half of a baked potatoe and green beans.
Cake for desert and a Dr Pepper.

Workout tonight was great! I finished strong even the jump rope at the end no marching. I did almost the whole first set of push ups without a break. I am seeing a difference. Not much of a weight loss but I did lose an inch around my belly button. Gotta go with what you can :).
Feeling good leaving day 5. Just have to keep pushing and I will get there. No more breaks.
