Breakfast had an 8oz shake and a white chocolate mocha.
Lunch was a bean burrito no onions, no red sauce, add sour cream and a water.
Dinner was two baked chicken tenders a few bites of mashed potatoes no veggies :( another bottle of water.
I did not drink enough water today. I need to work on that. I did not get my work out in yesterday. I am starting the 30 day shred tonight. I can do anything for 30 days. And its only 22 mins so that is doable. I am going to do it every night. The end date will be September 23rd. Now we all know :).
