Breakfast - 2 poached eggs on 1 piece of wheat toast.
Lunch Tuna fish sandwich on wheat bread.
Dinner Wendy's Chicken Asiago sandwich, dr pepper and fries :(
Ran 2 miles in 34 mins burning 230 calories.
I hurt the top of my foot somehow and decided to forgo swimming tonight. I missed it but feel it was the right decision. Tomorrow is another weight training day :).
