Breakfast ~ bagel with cream cheese
Snack ~ String cheese
Lunch ~ Jimmy John's Club Lulu, potato chips, snapple green tea
Snack ~ none
Dinner ~ 1 slice hawaiian pizza, 1/2 bottle root bear, 1 bread stick
Workout was good. Probably could have pushed a little more but my knees are hurting and I was feeling kind of bleh today so it was just a so so workout I guess. Anyway I did it and that is the important part.
