Snack ~ yogurt chobani (1/2 container) and wheat thins
Lunch ~ Turkey sandwich on wheat with cheddar and spinach, Dorritos, Cherry Coke Zero
Snack ~ nothing
Dinner ~ 1/2 chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn
Workout ~ Well I was feeling all run down and not like working out but as you have probably noticed cause I have, I always feel better after a good sweat session. So I jumped up and did my workout. Gave it my all and felt great. I am glad I did it. 4 days into it almost done with my first week. I got this! Wednesday and/or Thursday tend to be my most difficult days to workout. Not sure why. But its done so there :).
