Saturday December 11th

Had a 2.79 mile warm up ride then a 9.79 mile time trial. I had a 13mph pace which is an improvement last week when I had an 11 mph pace. I am doing good for only getting on the bike once a week. The goal for the rest of the month is to work on energy. My eating and energy levels are not good. I get over the 30 min mark and I start getting weak. Something to work on.

I'll be glad to see the result of your effort. Why don't you set up a mini gym in your house. This is helpful just in case bad whether strikes.
