After failing a weigh in for the Coast Guard I need to get myself healthy once and for all. Last time I blogged daily I did well. Hopefully this accounting will keep me moving. This is my way of tracking my progress and holding myself accountable to keep me losing weight and not give in to temptations. I want to lose the extra lbs gained over the years. Lets watch and see how I do.

How's it going?! :(
Not good I would say. Although made it through the first holiday without any weight gain I am not doing well for working out. I need to get to the gym. I am hopeing that next week will go better. My work out partner will be back to work. My first mini goal for December is to lose one pant size. I will try for one pant size each month. Sounds reasonable to me. I guess we shall see how next week goes.
