I am going to track my progress, and stick to my goals. I am going to use this blog as a sort of diary of how I am doing, what I am eating, my workout schedule and how it is going, etc. This way I can see where I am struggling and where I can improve. I can also track my weight loss progress although my main goal is to reach a size 8 pant. Wish me luck.
