After failing a weigh in for the Coast Guard I need to get myself healthy once and for all. Last time I blogged daily I did well. Hopefully this accounting will keep me moving. This is my way of tracking my progress and holding myself accountable to keep me losing weight and not give in to temptations. I want to lose the extra lbs gained over the years. Lets watch and see how I do.

End of day one :(
So today did not go as well as could be expected. I had fish sticks and macaroni and cheese for dinner. At least I didn't have any soda. Mostly because there isn't any in the house. So shakes aren't my thing and after months of trying to make them work I am throwing in the towel. There has to be another way. Oh yeah I know eating healthy and working out that works, LOL! Okay so next plan is to come up with some healthy food options for grocery day on Wednesday. I have also found that I stress eat and want lots of junk food when I am having a bad day. Note to self.
