Food for Saturday

So I am terrible about eating breakfast. I should change that habit while I am at it.
I had a chicken cesaer wrap for lunch but it was probably 1000 calories LOL. I had a small portion of pasta salad and a hot dog for dinner. I also need to up my water intake. I have been super tired today. Gosh I just sound like a mess. So the food was a little off today. I will get there one day at a time.
