After failing a weigh in for the Coast Guard I need to get myself healthy once and for all. Last time I blogged daily I did well. Hopefully this accounting will keep me moving. This is my way of tracking my progress and holding myself accountable to keep me losing weight and not give in to temptations. I want to lose the extra lbs gained over the years. Lets watch and see how I do.

Monday
Monday's are always rough and today was no exception. Didn't manage to work out but baby steps I will get there. I did manage to take the hydroxycut and drink a slimfast shake for lunch. I did miss breakfast but I wasn't that hungry anyway. No idea how I am sitting for weight. I will check it on Wednesday. Hopefully tomorrow will be better for working out. I did eat half of a chicken club from McDonalds and some fries. Oh well 500 calories for dinner never killed anyone. And I didn't eat it all. And I didn't eat the kids stuff so that is a good start. Normally I just eat it all down :). Ok well just keep on keeping on and I will get there. Slow and steady is the way to keep it off.
