After failing a weigh in for the Coast Guard I need to get myself healthy once and for all. Last time I blogged daily I did well. Hopefully this accounting will keep me moving. This is my way of tracking my progress and holding myself accountable to keep me losing weight and not give in to temptations. I want to lose the extra lbs gained over the years. Lets watch and see how I do.

two weeks
So I was doing great with working out. Then I got sick and missed a couple days and this week is a week off from my class and I am still sick. I am at 161 but hey I will just keep at it.

Doing good, kinda
So I worked out Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday this week. That is really good for me. I sadly am up 2 pounds. Not sure how that happens but must be my crappy eating habits. So that is the goal for next week is to work on getting my eating habits under control and stop eating such greasy bad for me food. And the white mochas don't help either I am sure.

Fitness boot camp part 2
So the fitness boot camp this morning was great. All the ladies seemed real nice and one lady said even on a budget that was something she was keeping. I was a little late because I got lost but I think it will go better next time. I got 15-20 min in and it felt great and I was jazzed the rest of the day. I hope to keep it up. Going to do cardio on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at home. I guess we shall see how it goes. I hope I can get through my plateau at 150 with this program.

Fitness boot camp
Ok so going to be starting a fitness boot camp for women. It looks crazy hard but I think that it is time to buckle down and kick my own fat ass into gear. I am never going to lose 30lbs with what I have been doing so time for something a little more extreme. I will go to the fitness boot camps Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. No shower tomorrow LOL. I will come home and shower. Wish me luck (even though no one reads this)! Then to my first appointment and and grocery shopping. Should be an eventful day :). Oh and my weight is holding steady at 157, go go pounds.
