Food this week

So I haven't been the best. I am working on stopping when I am full. I think the biggest hurdle for me right now is getting cardio into my routine. I will get there. At some point I will just figure out when to do it and stop relying on other people to tell me to do it.

Food Friday

Had a starbucks tai chi latte and a low fat turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. I have no idea how many calories that is. I need to figure something out for dinner. No idea about that yet. So far I am just staying even :(. I need to add more cardio to my routine I think.

Food for Tuesday

Ok so I have been enjoying my mocha's but only one.
I had half a sandwich for lunch a couple chips and a few bits of pasta salad.
I wasn't overly hungry today for some reason.
Dinner was baked bbq chicken, mac and cheese and green beans. I did small portions and stopped when I felt full. I am really working on eating smaller portions and not over eating.
So far so good. I have been doing some kind of working out each night so we shall see where it gets me.

Food for Saturday

So I am terrible about eating breakfast. I should change that habit while I am at it.
I had a chicken cesaer wrap for lunch but it was probably 1000 calories LOL. I had a small portion of pasta salad and a hot dog for dinner. I also need to up my water intake. I have been super tired today. Gosh I just sound like a mess. So the food was a little off today. I will get there one day at a time.

Workout

So I worked out last night. Didn't do a lot it was 10pm but I did do something and that is better than nothing. Got a new toning work out from my fitness magazine that I am trying for a couple weeks. We are on our way.

Ticker update


Food for today

So I had a slimfast for breakfast.
Ramen for lunch. Was at about 600 or less calories.
Then took the kids to the movies for the first time and had a soda, candy and popcorn. Fell off the wagon but I am getting right back on the horse and working out tonight. I will work out in the morning before I head out to run errands.

Chris and me

So Chris is going to be working out with me wohoo. We are going to start doing weights and possibly an elliptical work out 6 days a week. So three weights and three elliptical. If we can find one we like for a price we can afford. We might have to wait a little bit on it if they are super expensive but we have videos and such for the interim. Should be good for both of us to do this together. Going to check the exchange for prices and such.

So I had a slimfast for breakfast.
Had some sweet and sour chicken and some rice for lunch.
Going to be drinking my second bottle of water here soon.
Dinner is going to be raspberry chicken on the grill.

Goals?

So if I can burn 2 pounds per week by adjusting my diet and exercise I should be able to reach my goal of 130 pounds by my sister's birthday this year. So by September 17, 2009 or when Jeremy turns 3 I will be close to or at 130 pounds. If I can keep going I should reach 120 by November 1, 2009. These are the goal dates I am setting for myself for the long term. The goal for the remainder of this week is still to cut the coffee, sugar and soda from my diet. Caffeine headaches.... BRING EM ON! I have a calorie counter I am going to keep track of my food. I am going to post each day my food for the day and my calories so I can keep better track of what is going in. Each Monday I will set a new goal for that week. The weight goal is 2 pounds a week max. Here goes maybe smaller goals will be good. Rewards at the end of the week? Not sure but I will think of something.

Fell off again

God I fail. I can't stick to this working out thing at all. I do want to lose the weight but how do I keep myself going? How do I not quit on myself?
So as of today June 2, 2009 I am trying to turn a new leaf. No more coffee, soda or candy. That is the goal for this week. If I meet that goal then next Monday I will set a new one. I will just set a new goal each week and try that. That way I am not looking at the whole big picture getting overwhelmed and frustrated and quitting. No more coffee, soda or sugar. Say it with me people! Ok ready GO!!
