Down another pant size

I don't know how I am doing it but I had to go out and buy a pair of size 10 pants because the 12s just won't stay on. I am losing weight. Don't know what I am at now but I know it feels great.

Down two more pounds

Woot I am down to 148 pounds. That is the first time in years. Not sure what I am doing that is working but I better keep it up. I am so happy to be below 150. Doing the proud of me dance.

My commitment to Moe

So Moe and I made a commitment to help each other. I am doing okay by myself but need a little kick start to get into a higher gear. So here we go. 10 weeks at 2 pounds a week should drop 20 pounds by the time Chris gets home. We shall see.

YEAH!!

Go Jessi!! I am down to a solid 150lbs. I have been here for about two weeks even through a girly cycle so I must be doing something right. I even ate out alot over the last month so I must have made some good choices. I was at 160 when we started our transfer June 15th. I had put on some weight and was feeling really bad. Now I am down and plan to keep going that way. I can do it LOL.

WoHoo!

I have lost 4 lbs since arriving in WA and lost one solid pant size. I offically put on a size 12 that I hadn't worn since before I got pregnant with Jeremy. Very exciting. It is working.

back up a few pounds

It was really hard to see that through the move and everything I put almost 10lbs on. I am back up to 160lbs. I definitly got to get my butt in gear because this isn't going to work. I did a spin class with my sister that was cool and a lot of work but good work. Doing Herbalife again been doing the shakes for a couple days and started the tablets yesterday afternoon. Lets hope it works better this time then in the past. I need to just stick with it and see the results. Going to start walking today and everyday for 30min.

Not going well

Well hopefully while I have a free pass to the gym I am going to try to lose a couple pounds a be a solid size 12 by the time I report into Seattle. I am so between sizes that it is super frustrating. I wish I could just magically lose the weight but I know that won't happen. So to the gym I go and better eating habits hopefully. I guess only time will tell. Need to do something now I have to set a goal to reach my goal weight by mid November when the boat comes home. But if I get moving maybe I could lose a good 10-15 pounds before Chris even leaves for his first patrol.

New picture

So I got Chris to take a new picture of me after 15lbs of weight lose. I think for all that life throws at me I am doing fairly well with my weight lose. I could stand to lose some more but at least I am making progress.

training weight lose?

Well kind of. I lost 4 lbs while in Cape May. Must have been all the walking everywhere we went because lord knows I didn't work out but one day while I was out there. And life is getting the best of me the last week or so since I got home but I will get going again eventually, LOL. Being at 152 lbs, pre-pregnancy weight isn't too bad in my book. Jeremy is only 8 1/2 months old.

Made weight yesterday

I made weight yesterday. I was so glad. I know some or all of the weight will come back but I am going to try to walk today if my knee is okay and keep moving. That should help. I will get there again soon. Cape May will be good because I won't have anything else to do but workout and do homework. One week until I leave so I guess we will see soon enough.

Doing great!

I worked out last week Monday, Wednesday - Friday and ate fairly decently. I definitely had to much on some days but I am learning and that is what is important. I have lost a pound or two but it keeps fluctuating so we shall see how next week goes. Have to weigh in before leaving for school so I have to make weight. Just have to keep moving forward and keep working out and watching what I eat. Everything in moderation.

Well not to bad

After weeks of no exercises and binge stress eating I didn't gain any weight. Not sure how I got that lucky but I am going to go with it. Got back to the gym today and it felt great. I did an hour of workout. I did 30 min on the bike and then 30 doing core exercises. Feels good now just got to keep going. Joined Weight Watchers so that should help me to learn to eat better. Lets see how it goes.

I hope I can get to the gym next week. I think the hotel will have a gym so I will have to be going while we are doing house stuff. I need to keep going and not get sidetracked.

pant size change

So yesterday I bought some...SIZE 12 pants! WOHOOO! I was so excited to buy those yesterday. I ran home to try on some other size 12s I had. Well some fit and some don't so maybe in the next week and a half if I am really good I can drop another couple pounds and fit into all my size 12 pants. This is so great. All this working out and eating better is paying off. I have been bad at times but overall making good progress. I am going to try to get my mom to take a picture of me now so I can see how I am doing looks wise. It is nice to be getting there. Almost to my pre-pregnancy size. Wish my scale worked, LOL. I will have to weigh myself this week and see how I am doing in that department.

Still moving down

So this week was going better than the last few. Although I am proud of myself because I did manage to go three days last week and two the week before. This week I was moving along and worked out three days. Monday and Tuesday I worked out for an hour each day and Wednesday I swam for 30 min. Let me tell you swimming is super hard for 30 min. Well even though I thought I wasn't doing that well I actually still lost about 3 pounds. Yeah for me. I am down to 158 and still moving in that direction. Not sure about working out today since I am home with sick kids but tomorrow I will get in there. Hopeing to lose those last three pounds before Chris comes home in two weeks. GO JESSI! okay there is my cheering team, LOL.

Not such a good week

So this week I didn't do as well with working out. I only got out and walked once on Wednesday for thirty min. And in case you didn't see my family blog I no longer own a scale. My size 14 jeans are getting lose though. I keep having to pull them up and it is annoying but the 12s are still a little tight. Okay well a lot tight but I can button them so that is a start right. Next week will be better with working out in the morning and at lunch. Here is to a whole new me when Chris gets home.

What a shock

So I decided to see how much damage I had done with my eating this weekend. Well amazingly enough I still lost a pound between Wednesday last week and today. That is just reenforcing the fact that if I could show more self control these pounds are just going to melt off. Goal is still 130 but if I can get lower than that I am sure going to try. Well off to work and hitting the gym today. Shoes are already in the car.

rough food weekend

Okay so I binged this weekend and ate ice cream and chips all weekend. I even broke down and bought soda. Well we all have our breaking points. I don't think I did any damage to my program as it were but I didn't help the situation. I have to get back on track this week. Of course its not like I ate a pint of ice cream or anything so it wasn't That bad. Oh well nothing for it now but to move forward. I will work out and no worries.

Motivation for this week

So I found my motivation this morning and last night. My hubby had to go to a school in VA for 5 weeks. He accidentally packed my uniform pants. So they were on the bed and just to see how I was progressing with my weight loss not thinking they would fit I put them on. Oh my they fit and I am not meaning suck it in and zip them they are comfortable fitting. When I went back to work the end of November I couldn’t even button them. I need to measure everything but whoo for me. Then I was like well geez if those fit maybe my size 14s fit. And sure enough they do. I was so excited. I am more motivated than ever to keep eating good and going to work out. Now I think I am more motivated to eat even better.

Doing better

Made it to the gym three days last week. Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Had to work through lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. But it is better than the previous weeks while everyone was sick. I had gained a few pounds back but now am sitting at 164 so good for me. Hopeing to keep the downward movement. Looks like it will keep going. Just got to get to the gym more. I am watching what I am eating and being careful to eat in smaller portions. I haven't cut anything but soda out yet and that isn't working well either. Had some this morning. It was a late night early morning, lol. Oh well new week with new goals right? So goal for this week is to cut out sugary drinks including my starbucks addiction that has recently acted up. Also working to make it to the gym a minimum of 3 days but going for 4 as an improvement to last week. We shall see how it goes. Going to weight myself tomorrow morning to see how I am doing and then go from there. Clothes seem to be a little loser so maybe we are doing better than I think.

Not well

Well lets see I haven't managed to get to the gym in two weeks or more. I need to get moving if I hope to lose any weight. I really want to be below my prepregnancy weight and size before Chris gets home from VA in March. I guess Monday is a whole new week with new goals and chances. I am going to go in the mornings before Chris goes to school to give me the pep I need for the mornings. Here is to hopeing and a new year to work on me.
